    　　中新网南宁12月21日电(林艳华 文颖荟 李春杏)近日，广西壮族自治区人民医院选派的4名第24批援尼日尔中国医疗队队员，圆满完成为期一年半的援非医疗任务，平安回到南宁。广西卫健委、中医药局相关负责人，广西壮族自治区人民医院领导及科室代表、队员家属代表带着鲜花来到车站，用热烈的方式迎接这批 “白衣外交官” 的凯旋。 援非医疗队员凯旋，在车站受到热情迎接。文颖荟 摄 　　2024年6月，第24批援尼日尔中国医疗队副队长、广西壮族自治区人民医院创伤显微手外科副主任医师农建部，老年心血管内科副主任医师王舟、副主任护师文丽娜，手术室主管护师陈伶俐踏上援非征程。面对当地医疗资源匮乏、自然环境复杂等多重挑战，4名队员坚守“不畏艰苦、甘于奉献、救死扶伤、大爱无疆”的中国医疗队精神，在临床诊疗、技术传承、健康科普等领域扎实开展工作，以精湛医术为当地民众解除病痛，以无私奉献架起中非友谊的桥梁，生动诠释中国医护人员的责任担当，为广西与非洲国家的医疗卫生合作增添鲜活注脚。 　　援非期间，队员们各展所长书写医者担当：农建部凭借丰富的创伤救治经验，成功攻克多例复杂手足外伤、镰状细胞贫血相关疑难病症，为多名当地患儿保住肢体功能；王舟牵头推进心血管疾病规范化诊疗，助力当地医院心血管内科学科建设提质增效；文丽娜与陈伶俐聚焦临床护理与院感防控核心环节，通过“传帮带”模式系统培训当地护理人员，显著提升本土护理队伍专业能力。他们的辛勤付出赢得尼日尔卫生部高度认可和当地民众的广泛赞誉，临行前，尼日尔卫生部哈基米大校为4名队员颁发荣誉证书，表彰其为当地医疗卫生事业作出的突出贡献。 　　值得关注的是，在第24批援尼日尔医疗队及第16批援科摩罗医疗队的全力配合下，广西壮族自治区人民医院承担的中非对口医院合作机制项目成效显著。近期，该院派出13名医疗专家分赴科摩罗、尼日尔开展联合工作，成功举办大型义诊活动，为数百名当地民众提供免费诊疗服务；同时协同完成尼日尔首例小儿房间隔缺损介入封堵术等多例高难度手术，填补当地多项医疗技术空白，让中非医疗合作成果真正惠及民生。 尼日尔卫生部官员为医疗队员颁发荣誉证书。王舟 摄 　　作为广西援外医疗工作的中坚力量，广西壮族自治区人民医院自1976年起已向尼日尔派遣23批次108名长期援外医护人员，1994年以来累计向科摩罗选派10批次30名医疗骨干。从早期单向技术援助到如今中非对口医院深度协作，医院通过搭建远程医疗平台、联合培养医疗人才、共建特色专科等多元举措，推动援外工作从“发展援助”向“发展合作”转型，为受援国留下了“带不走的医疗队”。 　　2026年将迎来广西承派中国援外医疗队50周年。广西壮族自治区人民医院相关负责人表示，医院将持续秉持人类卫生健康共同体理念，在上级部门指导下进一步拓展中非医疗合作领域、丰富合作内涵，以更务实的举措传承中国医疗队精神，深化中非卫生健康领域务实合作，为推动全球卫生健康事业发展、增进中非人民传统友谊作出新的更大贡献。(完) 【编辑:胡寒笑】
