    “冬病冬治”正当时：广州多家医院“开贴”岭南“三九天灸”

    　　中新网广州12月21日电 (记者 蔡敏婕)三九天灸是中医“冬病冬治”特色疗法之一，通过将药贴敷贴于特定穴位，达到温通经络、散寒祛湿、益气助阳的作用。 广州医院“开贴”岭南“三九天灸”。记者 蔡敏婕 摄 　　冬至时节，广州多家医院先后举行“三九天灸”活动。广东省中医院针灸门诊主任李滋平介绍，“三九天”指冬至后的三个九天，人体易受寒邪侵袭，导致呼吸道、关节、消化系统等多种疾病高发或加重。 　　三九天灸和三伏天灸都是中医时令养生的特色手段。三九天灸是中医“冬病冬治”的代表性外治法。它遵循“天人相应”的理念，在一年最寒冷、人体阳气内敛的“三九”时节(从冬至次日算起，每九天为一个“九”)，选用辛散温通的天然药材，贴敷于特定穴位上。 　　通过药物对穴位的温热刺激与经络传导，激发体内阳气，温煦肺脾，驱散潜伏的寒邪，从而增强身体抗病能力，预防和治疗冬季易发、属寒性质的疾病。 　　“这就像在身体的关键穴位上点燃了一个个‘小暖炉’，从内而外激发阳气，巩固人体‘防线’。”李滋平说，夏天“三伏”宜养阳，冬天“三九”宜固阳，一夏一冬，一补一固，长期坚持有助于调理“虚寒体质”，增强身体抗病能力。 　　李滋平称，今年身体容易出现肩背沉重、干咳咽痒、眼睛干涩、失眠、心烦气躁、皮肤干燥、大便不畅等“虚火内扰”之象，让很多人陷入了“外寒内热”的“寒包火”状态——阳气憋在里面出不来，津液却被悄悄消耗。今年采用的药贴侧重于“补肾、益肺、平肝”。 　　李滋平特别提醒，天灸有相关禁忌，例如恶性肿瘤患者、严重心肺疾病患者、皮肤过敏人群等应慎用，天灸治疗需到医院由专业医护人员操作。(完) 【编辑:王琴】|dfg|
