    　　中新网大连12月22日电(记者 杨毅)中国船舶集团旗下大连造船为招商轮船建造的甲醇双燃料动力智能超大型油轮(VLCC)“凯拓”轮，22日在辽宁大连交付，这是全球首艘甲醇双燃料动力超大型油轮。 12月22日，全球首制甲醇双燃料动力智能VLCC“凯拓”轮交付。中船大连造船供图 　　该船是中船大连造船自主研发的第八代超大型油轮船型，入级中国船级社，总长约333米，可运载约210万桶原油，具有适航性强、适港性佳、低排放和智慧运营等优异性能，满载吃水浅于常规VLCC船型，显著增强了通航马六甲海峡的便捷性，同时也大大提高了港口适应性。 　　据中船大连造船项目经理李吉明介绍，该船采用国产甲醇双燃料主机和甲醇燃料供给系统，相比使用常规燃油，二氧化碳排放最高减少92%，硫氧化物排放减少99%，颗粒物减少90%。 　　此外，船舶搭载了国内自主研发的智能船基平台、智能液货管控系统、智能机舱运维系统等，大大提升了船舶智慧运营的经济、高效和安全性。特别是智能液货管控系统，其集成了原油装卸运输有关的十余个系统，具备多系统协同控制、智能装卸作业以及依托专家知识库的决策支持等核心功能。 　　李吉明表示，“凯拓”轮从研发设计到生产建造，项目团队攻克了甲醇燃料高精度一体化控制、全过程自主装卸载控制等一系列关键技术，取得专利成果71件，创造了多项新纪录。船舶航速、油耗、操纵性和排放标准，以及甲醇燃料系统、智能系统科研项目等主要指标均优于设计规范要求，实现提前合同期4个月交付。(完) 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
