    “北斗+AI”技术破解“云中雨”监测难题

    　　中新网合肥12月22日电 (记者 吴兰)记者22日从合肥工业大学获悉，该校北斗导航团队近日研发出GNSS掩星观测水汽反演(降雨量预测)装置，将北斗导航与人工智能(AI)深度融合，成功破解“云中雨”监测难题。据介绍，该研究成果可为水利防灾、低空经济等领域提供精准气象支撑。 　　在台风、暴雨、洪涝等灾害风险发生时，传统气象观测手段普遍存在数据滞后、分辨率不足等痛点，尤其对尚未落地的“云中雨”监测存在明显短板，成为制约防灾减灾效能提升的关键瓶颈。研究团队历时八年科技攻关，成功研发出“北斗+AI”融合的精准降雨量预测和灾害预报技术，填补了相关领域技术空白。 　　据悉，该技术体系的核心优势在于三项技术创新。其一，基于混合时频分布的GNSS信号干扰检测与抑制方法，有效破解了输电线路、通信基站等复杂电磁环境下GNSS卫星信号易受干扰的难题，干扰信号频率估计准确率提升25.6%；其二，改进型同步扰动随机逼近大气参数求解方法，实现可降雨量(PWV)的精确反演，求解精度提升65.0%；其三，多变量时序预测的双阶段注意力混合学习模型，实现降雨量的精准预报，实现行业最高87.6%的正报率和8.5%的最低空报率，为短时强对流降雨等突发天气预警提供可靠支撑。 　　据介绍，在水利防灾领域，该技术精准捕捉“云中雨”“落地雨”“河中水”全链条水文动态，已在长江防洪安庆段、淮河局泄洪区等关键区域部署应用50余台，为防汛调度、人员转移提供精准决策依据。同时，该成果在新能源领域可为光伏电站、风电场提供高精度气象数据，助力电站运营维护与风光功率预测，有效提升新能源利用效率等。 　　据团队带头人夏娜教授介绍，该技术已形成多项自主知识产权。下一步，团队将持续推进技术迭代，计划2026年实现正报率提升至95%以上。(完) 【编辑:惠小东】|dfg|
