    年内最后一期LPR维持不变 明年仍存下行空间

    　　证券日报记者 刘 琪 　　12月22日，今年最后一期LPR(贷款市场报价利率)出炉。中国人民银行授权全国银行间同业拆借中心公布，1年期LPR为3.0%，5年期以上LPR为3.5%。两个期限LPR均维持前值不变，截至目前LPR已经连续7个月“原地踏步”。 　　对于本月LPR保持不变，市场已有一定预期。当前，7天期逆回购利率作为主要的政策利率，成为LPR新的“定价锚”。近期7天期逆回购利率一直保持稳定，使得LPR报价的定价基础未变。 　　东方金诚首席宏观分析师王青对《证券日报》记者表示，在商业银行净息差处于历史低点的背景下，当前报价行缺乏主动下调LPR报价加点的动力。 　　招联首席研究员、上海金融与发展实验室副主任董希淼在接受《证券日报》记者采访时也表示，三季度末商业银行净息差为1.42%，尽管与二季度持平，但较去年四季度末下降了10个基点。因此，银行缺乏压降LPR报价加点的动力。 　　中国人民银行数据显示，11月份，企业新发放贷款(本外币)加权平均利率约为3.1%，比上年同期低约30个基点；个人住房新发放贷款(本外币)加权平均利率约为3.1%，比上年同期低约3个基点。 　　“当前无论是企业新发放贷款还是个人住房贷款加权平均利率均处于历史低位。在这种情况下，引导LPR下降并非当务之急。”董希淼说。 　　今年以来，LPR仅调整过一次。5月份，中国人民银行下调7天期逆回购操作利率0.1个百分点，1年期LPR和5年期以上LPR也随之在当月下降0.1个百分点，分别报3.0%、3.5%。 　　王青认为，6月份以来LPR维持不变的主要原因，是受年初以来出口持续超预期、国内新质生产力领域较快发展等支撑，今年宏观经济顶住外部环境剧烈波动压力，增长韧性凸显。由此，年底前逆周期调节加力的迫切性不高，货币政策保持较强定力。 　　对于2026年货币政策，近期召开的中央经济工作会议强调，要继续实施适度宽松的货币政策。把促进经济稳定增长、物价合理回升作为货币政策的重要考量，灵活高效运用降准降息等多种政策工具，保持流动性充裕，畅通货币政策传导机制，引导金融机构加力支持扩大内需、科技创新、中小微企业等重点领域。 　　“着眼于稳定2026年一季度经济运行，货币政策有望结束观察期，进入发力阶段。”王青预计，2026年一季度中国人民银行有可能实施新一轮降息降准，不排除春节前落地的可能，这将带动两个期限品种的LPR跟进下调。 　　董希淼认为，如果2026年存款利率和政策利率进一步下降，LPR有望稳中有降，并更加注重发挥结构性货币政策工具作用。总的来看，2026年实施降准降息的空间仍然存在，但降准概率大于降息。 【编辑:李岩】|dfg|
