    雪山变“金山” 阿勒泰冰雪经济“燃”力全开

    　　12月14日，车辆抵达阿勒泰市时，晨雾裹挟着细碎的雪粒漫过将军山的山巅，天地间一片朦胧银白。上午10时，将军山国际滑雪度假区的缆车已嗡嗡作响，载着第一批身着亮色雪服的滑雪爱好者，缓缓驶向云端雪道。 　　“现在每天要带3个教学组，从早忙到晚，春节预约都排满了。”刚结束一组教学的滑雪教练李天军，摘下沾着雪沫的头盔，额头上的汗珠顺着脸颊滑落，黝黑的脸上却满是干劲。李天军是土生土长的阿勒泰市人，在与冰雪打交道的10年里，亲眼见证了家乡冰雪产业的崛起，也迎来自己的“致富雪季”。 　　 银雪之上，滑翔伞驭风漫舞、滑雪者踏雪飞驰，将军山国际滑雪度假区的冰雪天地满是热血与自由。石榴云/新疆日报记者 张婷摄 　　“以前冬天我外出打零工，风里来雪里去，一年到头挣不了多少钱。”李天军感慨地说，2020年，将军山滑雪场扩建招人，经过专业考核，有着多年滑雪经验的他成了一名滑雪教练，“一个雪季基本工资加提成就能赚8万元至10万元。” 　　李天军的收入变化，是阿勒泰地区冰雪热催生的民生缩影。将军山滑雪场的变迁，更是该地区冰雪产业跨越式发展的直接见证。 　　“2009年那会儿，这里只有1条初级雪道，缆车还是手动牵引的，慢悠悠爬上去要20多分钟，整个雪季游客加起来还不到10万人次。”将军山国际滑雪度假区常务副总经理陈阳指着远处的高速缆车回忆道，“当时只有一个小食堂，卖些泡面和烤串，游客滑完雪就走，留不住人也留不下消费。” 　　如今的将军山国际滑雪度假区，8条高速缆车穿梭在雪山之间，61条雪道涵盖初、中、高级，雪季运营期从10月下旬持续到次年4月。雪具大厅内，3000多副单双板、2000多双雪鞋及各类护具分类码放整齐，工作人员会定期对雪板进行补底、抛光、修刃、打蜡等专业保养，保障雪友体验。 　　此外，配套服务愈发完善，滑雪学校、酒店、特色餐厅错落分布，形成了“滑雪+住宿+餐饮+娱乐”的完整产业链。仅今年首个雪假期间，阿勒泰市就累计接待游客41.3万人次，同比增长50.51%，将军山滑雪场日均客流量达1万人次，其中学生群体占比超三成。 　　冰雪热潮的蔓延，让整个阿勒泰地区都焕发出新活力。走进如今的阿勒泰市区，旅游配套实现跨越式升级：住宿接待能力大幅提升，高端酒店建设稳步推进；多元餐饮业态加速集聚，特色消费新风尚持续涌现；交通及配套服务不断完善，出行体验愈发便捷顺畅。 　　 12月15日，滑雪爱好者在将军山国际滑雪度假区的雪道上踏雪飞驰。石榴云/新疆日报记者 张婷摄 　　数据见证着冰雪“成绩单”。目前，阿勒泰地区已建成各类滑雪场9家，其中5S级滑雪场3家、4S级滑雪场1家，这背后是该地区自2021年起实施的“两核两带十一组团”冰雪发展布局，以国际水准推动滑雪场开发建设，聚焦高质量发展目标。 　　“以前提到阿勒泰，大家只知道喀纳斯的美景，现在更多人是为冰雪而来。”阿勒泰地区文化体育广播电视和旅游局党组书记史志强说，今年以来，阿勒泰地区已举办多项冰雪赛事，通过推出“疆外游客凭机票落地5日免费滑雪1次、新疆人游阿享雪票三折、阿勒泰人滑雪免费、雪假学生免雪票及雪具半价”的优惠政策，让冰雪乐趣触手可及，让“生态美、产业兴、百姓富”的美好愿景，在冰雪热潮中落地生根。 　　今年以来，阿勒泰地区累计接待游客4577.41万⼈次，同⽐增⻓14.67%；游客总花费405.89亿元，同⽐增⻓ 16.72%。今年10⽉16⽇⾄12月18日，阿勒泰地区累计接待游客639.79万⼈次，同⽐增⻓11.30%；游客总花费 50.49 亿元，同⽐增⻓ 17.27%。目前，阿勒泰地区蓬勃发展的旅游产业直接带动就业4.01万人，间接带动就业16万人。 　　石榴云/新疆日报记者 张婷 　　来源：石榴云/新疆日报 【编辑:李岩】|dfg|
