    （乡村行·看振兴）冬闲田不闲 广西桂平小龙虾“蹦”出富民产业链

    　　中新网桂平12月22日电(李林峻 李林 杨志雄)近日，在广西桂平市南木镇中桥村的冬闲田里，工人们将一笼笼鲜活的小龙虾虾苗分塘投放，一派忙碌景象。 　　在中桥村，连片的水塘波光粼粼，工人们拉着小船，从育苗塘里的地笼起出密密麻麻的小龙虾虾苗，随后分塘投放。原本寂静的冬闲田，此时充满了生机。 图为工人在育苗塘里劳作。桂平市融媒体中心 供图 　　南木镇润丰种养专业合作社负责人黄信寿介绍，他从2022年开始养殖小龙虾，规模从最初的200余亩扩大到如今的300余亩。“利用冬闲田把虾苗分塘养殖，天气好的话，春节前后成品虾可以大量上市。” 　　据黄信寿介绍，他采用“平养模式”养殖小龙虾已有三年，产量逐年提升。去年成品虾亩产超过200斤。今年春季首批成品虾上市，就带来了20余万元(人民币，下同)的收入。良好的效益让他信心倍增，今年继续扩大养殖规模，希望能带动更多周边农户加入。 　　与此同时，位于南木镇内的小龙虾集散中心石头收购点也迎来了开秤首日。工人们忙着将各地运来的虾苗和成品虾进行卸车、分拣、称重，准备发往全国各地。 图为桂平小龙虾。桂平市融媒体中心 供图 　　收购商廖源说，选择来南木镇收购，是因为这里的小龙虾上市早、品质好，养殖户集中，形成了较好的产业规模。 　　“我们主要销往广州、上海、南京，还有北方一些大城市。桂平的小龙虾肉质好、质量高，很多餐馆都认可。”廖源说，小龙虾市场持续向好，这个产业为当地养殖户带来了实实在在的收益。作为收购商，他们将尽力为小龙虾开拓市场、争取更好价格，与养殖户实现共赢。 　　据桂平市农业农村局介绍，目前，桂平市冬闲田小龙虾养殖面积达10.23万亩，今冬新增1.17万亩。预计到2026年，全市小龙虾产量将达1.53万吨，产值有望突破9亿元。 　　当前正值小龙虾苗分田放养的关键时节，当地农业部门将通过微信群、实地指导等多种方式，指导养殖户做好水质调节、科学投喂等技术环节，为产业发展提供有力保障。 　　从冬闲田里的投苗繁忙，到收购点内的产销两旺，南木镇小龙虾产业已形成从养殖到销售的全产业链条。随着规模持续扩大、服务保障不断完善，小龙虾正成为带动农民增收、助力乡村振兴的特色富民产业。(完) 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
