    　　中新网温州12月21日电(周健)养老服务中心内笑语盈盈，“春泥计划”开展得如火如荼……放眼位于浙江温州平阳县的鳌江镇，老有所养、幼有所育的幸福民生画卷正徐徐铺开。 　　“一老一小”牵动万家心，是民生福祉的重中之重。近年来，鳌江镇以阵地建设夯实根基，以服务创新破解难题，以资源整合凝聚合力，精准对接“一老一小”群体的急难愁盼，推出一系列有力度、有温度的民生举措，让温暖渗透生活的每个角落，不断擦亮“全国文明镇”这张“金名片”。 　　“一老一小”工作的扎实推进，始于坚实的设施保障。鳌江镇持续加大硬件投入，从城镇到乡村层层布局，筑牢养老育幼服务根基。 鳌江镇水深社区开展“金秋暖阳、睦邻共建”集市活动。　林娟 供图 　　在水深路陶然楼，获评温州市四星级养老机构的鳌江镇养老服务中心暖意融融，500平方米空间内，托养护理、康复训练、书画创作等功能区一应俱全，满足老人的多元化需求。村级养老设施更如繁星点点，其中，岭根村居家养老照料服务中心配备活动室、休息区、康复室及食堂，每日提供荤素搭配的营养餐食，还为行动不便老人提供送餐服务，成为村里老人的“幸福驿站”。 　　儿童友好的暖意，也藏在触手可及的成长空间里。在鳌江镇东鳌村，“鳌翔未来”未成年人活动中心已成为孩子们放学后的“第二成长校园”——书香弥漫的阅读角浸润心灵，创意飞扬的手工区激发想象，展示方言文化的文化墙留住乡土记忆，童趣盎然的游乐区回荡着清脆笑声…… 　　多元化的服务与活动，是“一老一小”幸福指数的“助推剂”。针对老年群体的差异化需求，鳌江镇推出“爱心卡”居家养老上门服务，涵盖助餐、助浴、助洁、助医等项目，精准对接老人日常所需。而每至传统佳节，健康义诊、趣味运动、节日慰问等各类活动也积极开展，丰富老人生活。 鳌江镇组织学生参加重阳节慰问活动。　　林娟 供图 　　“各养老服务载体还会常态开展便民服务，免费理发、健康咨询成为标配，专业志愿服务队定期上门为老人测量血压、检测血糖，讲解秋季保健、慢性病防治知识，建立健康档案。”鳌江镇相关负责人介绍道。 　　对于少年儿童，鳌江镇则以“春泥计划”为核心载体，构建起全方位的成长服务网络。自然探索、公益实践、科普体验等一系列活动，让孩子们在关爱与陪伴中向阳生长。 　　譬如，南门社区开展绘本阅读分享活动，亲子们以绘本为媒，共度充满书香与欢笑的时光；溪头村联合消防站，策划消防主题参观实践活动，提升未成年人消防安全意识与自救互救能力；水深社区组织青少年走进田间地头挖红薯，让孩子们感受劳动的乐趣，体验丰收的喜悦…… 小朋友参加亲子农耕活动。　　林娟 供图 　　与此同时，鳌江镇积极整合多方资源，持续为“一老一小”工作赋能。例如，鳌江镇藕莲幼儿园基于传统“养老育幼”模式创新实践，开设了公益银龄班，为老人提供拉丁舞、排舞等课程。据悉，这些课程安排在下午3点半至5点，既方便家长们及时接孩子，还错开孩子们使用这些场地的时间，实现资源高效利用。 　　一位孩子家长感慨道，“在幼儿园上一个半小时的免费舞蹈课后，能和上幼儿园的孙子同时‘放学’回家，接送孩子和上‘兴趣班’两不误，太贴心了！” 　　此外，鳌江镇通过“春泥e学堂”课程点单平台，提供点单式服务。该平台吸纳了由大学生志愿者、优秀退休教师、民间艺人、道德模范和专业领域讲师等组成的未成年人志愿师资队伍，为辖区提供优质教学活动。 　　从设施完善到服务提质，从多元供给到创新融合，鳌江镇通过实打实的举措，守护“一老一小”的幸福，以点滴之间的人文关怀，彰显全国文明镇的温度。未来，该镇将持续深耕民生领域，拓宽文明内涵，不断提升养老育幼服务温度，让“一老一小”的欢声笑语，成为当地最动人、最亮眼的生活底色。(完) 【编辑:胡寒笑】|dfg|
