    成都通报：今年暗访“私人影院”20余家 发现2处场所涉黄

    　　中新网12月22日电 据“成都公安”微信公众号消息，12月21日晚，成都市公安局、成都市文化广电旅游局发布关于依法查处“私人影院违规经营”的情况通报：今年以来，成都市公安局针对全市“私人影院”开展了3轮次的暗访侦查工作，共暗访“私人影院”20余家，发现存在涉黄违法行为的场所2处，行政处罚8人，关停场所2处。 　　通报称，针对近日媒体及群众反映成都市个别“私人影院”违规经营的情况，市公安局、市文化广电旅游局及相关区级部门立即成立联合调查组依法查处。 　　现已查明：锦江区两家“私人影院”存在未按规定对留宿客人实名登记的行为，已被依法责令整改；武侯区某“私人影院”存在提供以营利为目的的陪侍服务的行为，已被依法予以取缔。上述场所经营者及从业人员是否还涉嫌其他违法犯罪，正在进一步调查中。 　　通报指出，下一步，我们将持续强化协同联动，以“零容忍”态度，依法从严查处娱乐场所各类违法违规行为，深化源头治理与常态监管，持续净化文化市场。特此提醒行业各经营单位及从业人员，必须严格遵守国家法律法规，坚守经营底线，合法合规经营，共同维护良好的行业秩序和社会风气。 通报截图 【编辑:陈海峰】|dfg|
